• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

Custom Indicators & Partnerships

If you engage with us for custom services, separate agreements or conditions may apply. We retain the right to decline or discontinue such requests at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and code are the property of Phixela or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Phalerta is not liable for any losses resulting from missed alerts, incorrect signals, or third-party integrations. Trading crypto carries risk, and all decisions are your responsibility.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
